Description:A 2-course cohort program offered by the Concept Alumni Network in partnership with CISCO Academy, Tri-C.
Concept alumni learn alongside their fellow alumni in preparing to take their CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification exam at the end of the program. The program consists of 2 classes: (1) Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices (ICND1) and (2) Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices: (CCNA Routing and Switching) v2 (Bootcamp).
Timing: Class days and times for the next session will be determined as per the availability and interest of Concept Alumni who are willing to participate in this cohort program. Guided practice in a fully equipped lab will be available in addition to the class times.
Cost: Approx. $3000. Scholarships available for qualifying participants.
Location: Advanced Technology Training Center, Tri-C downtown Cleveland campus

What is CCNA?
CISCO Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification is a highly sought-after entry-level certification which validates the ability to install, configure, operate and troubleshoot medium-size routed and switched networks, including implementation and verification of connections to remote sites in a WAN. This training curriculum includes: basic mitigation of security threats; introduction to wireless networking concepts and terminology; performance-based skills; and an introduction to protocols such as IP, enhanced interior gateway routing protocol (EIGRP), serial line interface protocol frame relay, routing information protocol version 2 (RIPv2),VLANs, Ethernet and access control lists (ACLs).
