Briefly describe your career path.
I recently received my associate’s degree in science of early childhood development. I am now going
back to college as a junior, and I am hoping to finish my major with a bachelor’s degree. My goal is to
achieve my degree and one day make a difference in a kid's learning process.
What are you passionate about in your work/school?
I am extremely passionate about, both, my job and school. I am currently working at the school I
graduated from. I am a licensed teacher's aide, head volleyball coach, head cheerleading coach, did
assistant softball coaching, and summer weekend secretary. I love working with the students and being
part of their learning path.
Where is your career headed?
Although my career is not where I want it to be, yet, I hope that in a little over a year I can get my
bachelor’s degree and implement my major into where I want to.
How has your Concept Schools (CMSA) experience helped shape your success?
My Concept Schools experience has helped shape my success because the school has showed me how
to work well with others, sportsmanship, my teachers have showed me how to prepare for an interview
and have educated me on many other things that I find very helpful for me today this day.
How are you a game changer? Or, how are you making a positive impact in your community?
I am a game changer because no matter what I try my best at everything and work my hardest. I feel like
I have showed this at work and at school by always being active and trying my best.
Your favorite Concept Schools memory?
I have so many good memories but one of the best would have to be senior breakfast with our parents.
It was truly a fun and memorable day, and I will never forget it.
What is your advice for current Concept Students?
No matter who you are or where you come from, you can control where you go. Always try and do your
best and you will succeed. And most importantly, NEVER give up.
